A Chevron liquefied gas pipeline exploded in a north Texas town Thursday after construction workers accidentally drilled into it.
The 10-inch line operated by Chevron crosses the town of Milford, about 50 miles south of Dallas,.
About 700 residents were evacuated but most have now returned home.
No injuries were reported after the morning explosion.
Chevron said a crew doing “excavation activities” at the site reported a rupture.
