ExxonMobil Chairman and CEO Rex Tillerson

Exxon Mobil Chairman and CEO Rex Tillerson saw his total compensation reduce by 30% in 2013, to $28.1 million.

Tillerson received about $2.7 million in base salary for 2013, about $150,000 up from 2012.

He also had cash bonuses totaling $3.7 million, down from about $4.6 million in 2012.

His 2013 stock awards total value was at about $21.3 million according to the company’s proxy filing.

According to the company filing, Tillerson’s compensation package for 2012 was up more than $13 million due to a change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
