Texas is the biggest oil producer in the United States.
‘P’ has reportedly raised over $3.5 million to date for his campaign.
He was born in Houston and received his undergraduate degree from Rice University.
He also has a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
He most recently founded St. Augustine Partners LLC, a Fort Worth-based investment firm focused on oil and gas transactions and consulting for private businesses.
He lives in Fort Worth.
