The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Tuesday named Mark Watson as the next oil and gas supervisor.
Watson becomes the third person to hold the $150,000-per-year post in two years.
His predecessor, Grant Black, resigned in March after less than a year on the job.
Tom Doll resigned from the job a year earlier.
Watson is a 32-year employee of the OGCC.
He was named interim supervisor after Black’s resignation.
