Crude oil prices rose on Thursday as militants in Iraq move closer to Baghdad.
Brent crude for July rose 70 cents, or 0.6%, to $110.66 bbl, the highest since April.
West Texas Intermediate crude for the same month rose 46 cents to $104.86 bbl.
Reports said the Iraqi government was forced to ask the U.S. for military support after militants seized their second city in two days on Wednesday.
