Dallas-based RSP Permian announced today it has made deals with multiple sellers to acquire acreage and oil and gas producing properties located in Glasscock County, Texas.

Total price for the acquisitions is $259 million in cash, according to the company.

Under the terms of the deal, the company will acquire 7,680 gross surface acres, 188 gross horizontal drilling locations, and net proved reserves of  22 million boe.

RSP CEO Steve Gary said, “The acquisitions are a significant bolt-on to our existing Glasscock leasehold acreage position which was acquired in the first quarter of this year and we expect them to be accretive to cash flow per share and earnings per share as well as net asset value.”
