Common Sense Investment Management, LLC said Wednesday that Frank Jungers has agreed to join as an advisory board member.
Jungers was formerly chairman and CEO of Aramco — the Arabian American Oil Company, now known as Saudi Aramco.
Common Sense Investment Management is an independent, privately held investment manager.
The firm said Jungers will provide advice and guidance on strategy.
Jungers was with Aramco for 30 years and was the CEO from 1973 to 1977.
He has also served on the board of AES Corporation, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Horizon Lines and Thermo Electron.
He’s currently a director of ESCO Corporation and Pacific Star Communications.
He was also chairman of the board of the Oregon Health Sciences University Foundation.
